Negotiate your life in this visual novel

Sacrifice For Sale is an adventure title developed and published by Daniel Klautsch. The demo game follows a visual novel format where you play as a salesman held captive by a cult of cunning witches. While not as epic as Witch on the Holy Night, its narrative is nonetheless engrossing.

A salesman vs. a cult

In Sacrifice For Sale, your skills as a salesman are put to the ultimate test. As a hostage of a cult of humanoid witches, you are bound to be offered as a sacrifice, but in the intervening time, you can still convince the cultists to spare your life.

The gameplay revolves around arguing, negotiating, manipulating, or even remaining silent to save yourself. Hundreds of choices leading to various unique endings keep things fresh and exciting and allow replayability despite the straightforward storyline. The graphics are quirky and feature mature content. Unfortunately, the full game is still unavailable.

Short yet immersive

With a simple premise intricately woven with tons of choices, Sacrifice For Sale manages to pull off an astounding visual novel experience. Despite its short single playthrough, it can get you lost in the moment without noticing the time. This little game is short and sweet, perfect for curing boredom.

PROS

  • Brief but engrossing narrative
  • Plenty of choices and outcomes
  • Nonlinear gameplay with high replay value
  • Charming visuals

CONS

  • Short playthrough for serious players
  • Not yet fully released
  • Explicit content
